If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Our Services

Rubits Healthcare Labs provides the following services:

• Diagnostic blood tests and health checkup packages
• Home sample collection services
• Walk-in sample collection at partner labs
• Digital delivery of test reports
• WhatsApp-based booking and communication
• Online booking through our website

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Have a valid phone number for communication
• Be located within our service areas (currently Bangalore, Karnataka)

4.1 Booking Process

• Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or phone
• You must provide accurate patient details and contact information
• Appointment slots are subject to availability
• You will receive confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp

4.2 Home Collection

• Home collection is available within Bangalore city limits
• Patient must be present at the provided address during the scheduled slot
• A valid ID proof may be required for verification
• Fasting requirements (if any) must be followed as instructed

4.3 Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time
• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are eligible for full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded

5.1 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Promotional discounts are applied at checkout and cannot be combined
• Home collection charges may apply for certain areas

5.2 Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Net Banking
• Cash on Collection (for select areas)

5.3 Refund Policy

• Refunds for cancelled bookings are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• Partial refunds may apply if sample collection has already occurred
• No refunds for completed tests with delivered reports

6. Test Results & Reports

• Reports are typically delivered within 24-48 hours (varies by test)
• Reports are sent via email and WhatsApp
• Reports can also be accessed through our website/app
• Hard copies are available upon request (additional charges may apply)
• Test results are for informational purposes and should be reviewed by a qualified healthcare professional

7. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Follow pre-test instructions (fasting, medication restrictions, etc.)
• Be available at the scheduled time and location
• Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect sample collection
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account credentials with others

You may not:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rubits Healthcare Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
